Refund policy
All vehicle sales, leases, rentals, deposits, custom orders, special-order parts, upfitted bodies, refrigeration units, and commercial equipment transactions are subject to final written agreement with Milea Truck Sales & Leasing.
Due to the commercial nature of our inventory, all truck, body, and equipment sales are generally final unless otherwise stated in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable once a vehicle, body, part, or unit has been reserved, prepared, ordered, customized, inspected, transported, or removed from active inventory.
Returns or exchanges for eligible parts or accessories may be considered only with prior written approval from Milea Truck Sales & Leasing. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and returned with proof of purchase. Electrical parts, special-order parts, custom-built bodies, installed parts, opened items, and used equipment are not eligible for return unless required by law or approved in writing.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or by company check, depending on the original transaction and internal processing requirements. Shipping, delivery, installation, diagnostic, inspection, registration, documentation, bank, processing, and transportation fees may be non-refundable.
If an item or order cannot be fulfilled, Milea Truck Sales & Leasing will contact the customer regarding available options, including substitution, delay approval, cancellation, or refund where applicable.
